The First Planning District Workforce Development Board, which serves Plaquemines, St. Bernard, and St. Tammany parishes, is seeking proposals from eligible and qualified organizations or individuals, or a consortium of eligible entities with the expertise and capacity to serve as the One-Stop System Operator as required under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014.
