The Tri-Parish Cybersecurity Workforce Initiative is a collaborative effort led by Tri-Parish Works that brings together education, workforce development, employers, and labor market intelligence to strengthen the cybersecurity talent pipeline across Southeast Louisiana.
Our goal is to identify workforce needs, align education and training with employer demand, and create accessible pathways into high-demand cybersecurity careers.
ABOUT THE INITIATIVE
The cybersecurity workforce continues to evolve rapidly, creating unprecedented demand for highly skilled professionals across government, healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, education, and critical infrastructure.
Recognizing this opportunity, Tri-Parish Works launched the Regional Cybersecurity Workforce Initiative to better understand local workforce needs and bring together regional partners to develop long-term workforce solutions.
Guided by labor market intelligence from Lightcast and supported by education and employer partnerships, the initiative is building a coordinated regional strategy that prepares today's learners for tomorrow's cybersecurity careers.
